How Auror Subject Recognition works

1. POI is added to retailer's list

If a POI meets the retailer risk criteria and has been reviewed and approved, they are added the POI list and enrolled in FRT.

2. A POI enters store

POI enters the store and is cross-checked against the POI list by the integrated third-party FRT.

3. Suggested match and alert sent

Alert sent to an authorized user for verification.

4. Match confirmed

User verifies the suggested match is correct and prepares a response.

5. User responds

User takes appropriate action based on POI risk type and retailer’s internal policy.

6. Outcome recorded

User records the outcome of the response to provide a full audit trail.
